1. E-Waste Plastics Recycling:
1 of the very few companies GLOBALLY giving for PLASTICS.
This technology balances quality and cost by applications where mechanical and flow properties need enhancement in recycled material thus the product getting better price realization. E-waste is a Global concern and after removing precious metal, the Plastic is discarded. Excellent opportunity for SSI Entrepreneurs, with required skills.
An E-Waste Cluster Organized will be instrumental if BOTH Precious Metals and Polymers are reclaimed.
-
2. Core-Shell Technology for Pigment Speciality Carbon Black for Polymers:
A novel concept is used to design a speciality Carbon Black, which is great in targetted applications. This has been used in making pre-dispersed colours, but not black. The subject matter is extremely innovative and is of immense use to CB companies Click Here to Know More
-
3. Easy to Disperse and Dilute Carbon Black:
Resolves dispersion and dilution problems with CB in 10 applications. Useful for Carbon Black cos and large MB cos.
-
4. Toughening of Recycled Plastics including mixed Plastics:
Recycling Plastics often have strength issues which are also inconsistent. Limits price realization. Needs a Proper technological approach to improve performance. Covers commodity Plastics (i) PE (ii) PP (iii) PS (iv) HIPS
-
5. Antioxidation for difficult applications:
Antioxidation is a complex phenomenon. Many Polymers when reprocessed degrade due to poor antioxidation e.g. POM a versatile Polymer. Other polymers have the same to varying degrees. Effective antioxidation can resolve problems and improve market presence. Technically reduces cost.
-
6. Innovative Additive MB Technologies:
Additive MBs play a very important role in functional performance. Though a Plethora of additive MBs is used, our additive MBs are Innovative in nature and resolve certain problems in some areas, e.g. food packaging and plastic recycling.
-
7. Technology and Project for 50,000 MTA CB, MB from all Polymers.
Self Explanatory. ALL Polymers.
-
8. Technology for making Black Colored Nylons Granules from Tire Cord of discarded tires.
About 7% of Tire in this Mix of PA6 and PA66.
-
9. Black colouration of ABS, PC/ABS, and PC in a unique manner:
A lot of the above 3 Plastics are needed in Black Colour. All the 3 place demands on AESTHETIC APPEAL along with functionality in terms of Jetness, smooth surface and Gloss.
An Innovative Technology that limits the variety of Raw materials required Also number of grades.
-
10. Flame Retarding Nylon 6 Fibre
It’s most difficult to flame retard amongst various polymeric fibres.
These 10 technologies are part of a total of 25 Polymers Technologies.
THE FOUNDING PRESIDENT AND CEO
For the last 2 decades, Yogesh Doulat Motwani has believed IMPOSSIBLE = I M POSSIBLE. Today, at 70, Yogesh has completed 17 years of Entrepreneurship.
Yogesh has qualifications in Chemical Engineering and Business Management and his thesis in Business Management on “Choice of Technology” based on the “Paradox of Static Change” is well recognised.
Yogesh has worked in senior and top management positions in large companies, starting with being a “Shift Head” with HUL (Taloja, Maharashtra) in 1974. Yogesh started his journey in Polymers in 1978 with ABS Polymer and has completed 46 years as “Polymers Professional”. Yogesh was a “Top Management Employee” before starting his Entrepreneurial Journey in 2007 with “OM Consultants”.
Bharat Traditionally has been DEPENDENT on Western TECHNOLOGY. This Dependence has retarded the growth of Bharat. Yogesh wanted to DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS and OM Consultants was the FIRST STEP.
Aligning with this vision, Yogesh started OM INNOVATIONS in 2012 and changed his name to Yogesh HINDUSTANI. What started in a very tiny way by being a consultant to a few companies went on and had done single-handed 50 Innovations in 7 years.
Those innovations were then converted to 25 Polymer Technologies by January 2023. With the mission completed in a decade, Yogesh changed his name back from Hindustani to Motwani. These 25 Polymer Technologies are a humble attempt by Yogesh to REDUCE the “Technological Dependence of Bharat” in a tiny way. OM Group Polymers Vadodara is the ONLY company in India doing such work and is still a Proprietorship concerned with good associates.
Having entered the Golden Jubilee Year as Service, Yogesh thanks ALL the people who contributed to his becoming an Entrepreneur and addresses “Technological Dependence” something which can truly lead if MULTIPLIED by other Entrepreneurs for ATMA NIRBHAR BHARAT.
Yogesh firmly believes in the “Stakeholder” work model in which customers, teams and associates form the core of stakeholders. However, Yogesh wishes to now get on board some shareholders for which he is open to forming a Private Limited Venture. Yogesh says that with OM Group Polymers Vadodara, he has found the PURPOSE of his life executed in a planned manner in more than 17 years in STAGES.
Yogesh has put forth the concept of P.I.T (Polymer Information Technology) as the work model of his company. He has described his entrepreneurial journey in the book “Innovative Entrepreneurship” published on Amazon Kindle.

FUTURE VISION
GLOBAL TECHNOLOGY
The Corona Virus Pandemic inspired Yogesh to give the concept of GLOBAL TECHNOLOGY to the world.
It is the merger of Polymer Technology Nanotechnology and Biotechnology after they are integrated with I.T. OM Innovations has just initiated work on soft infrastructures for the execution of Global Technology.
Soft Infrastructures require INTEGRATION OF Chemical Engineering and H. R. Om Innovations firmly believes in the Socio-Economic Progress of mankind.
